Dark Forest's published order terms state: "You may resell goods you purchase and set your own retail prices." That single sentence covers both halves of the question a reseller actually asks — whether they can resell at all, and whether they control the price they resell at. Both are yes, with no separate application or resale license required.
Can I resell on Amazon or Etsy?
Yes. The resale terms carry no marketplace exclusion — Amazon and Etsy resale are both explicitly included, not merely left unmentioned. This is a genuine differentiator in this market: at least one named competitor in the wholesale tarot space bans marketplace resale outright, which forces a retailer sourcing from them into brick-and-mortar or their own website only.
Do I have to follow a suggested retail price?
No. The terms say you set your own retail prices — there is no minimum advertised price policy or suggested-retail-price requirement published today. Dark Forest's own finished decks retail at $34.99 to $44.00 on its own shop as a reference point, but nothing obliges a wholesale buyer to match that figure.
Why this is worth checking before you buy wholesale
Resale terms vary enough across this market that a reseller cannot assume marketplace resale is automatically included with any wholesale supplier. Confirming it in writing before committing to a 12-deck order removes a real, not hypothetical, risk — inventory bought for a resale channel that turns out to be banned by the terms.
What resale does not cover: dropshipping
Resale rights and dropshipping are different questions. Current terms state plainly that dropshipping is not offered — orders ship to the buyer, not directly to the buyer's own customer. A reseller stocking and shipping inventory themselves is unaffected by that rule; a reseller planning to have Dark Forest ship straight to their end customer is not covered by the current terms.

Wholesale pricing starts at 12 decks, $15.90 each, $190.80 in goods — no trade account or application step. Stock and Made to Order editions can be combined to reach the 12-deck total, with each selected in-stock edition needing at least 5 decks.
