The exact digital proof is approved before custom production. Delivery, applicable tax and clearance charges are confirmed for the selected destination and service before payment. A production estimate alone is not a final delivered quote.

Who owns artwork supplied for printing?

You retain ownership of the artwork you supply and must have the rights needed to print it. Permission to prepare and fulfil the order does not grant Dark Forest permission to resell or license your artwork, train models on it or display it publicly. Portfolio use needs separate optional permission.

Are parcels insured?

Every parcel is insured against loss in transit. The selected carrier service defines the cover, exclusions and claims process. Keep photographs of the parcel and affected goods if you need to report damage.

What happens if there is a manufacturing defect?

A confirmed manufacturing defect is replaced at no charge, including replacement shipping. Describe the issue and identify the affected items so it can be investigated.

Can I supply my own barcode?

You may supply a barcode or GTIN with your artwork. Dark Forest does not sell, rent, assign, register or validate GTINs in this service. Supplying one is optional here and is not a payment requirement.
