Shipping insurance is included in the delivery price. We arrange cover against loss in transit before dispatch and help manage the carrier claim. Your shipment identifies the insured value and service; cover, exclusions and evidence follow that service’s terms.

We stand behind our printing

A confirmed manufacturing defect is replaced free, including replacement shipping. Plan for 3–4 weeks (15–20 business days) for custom production and delivery after approval of the exact artwork. Carrier service and destination can affect this estimate. Unchanged, ready-made stock decks do not need a new artwork proof; stock dispatch is confirmed separately.

What is the difference between stock, Made to Order and custom printing?

Stock means finished Dark Forest editions already available for wholesale. Made to Order means an eligible existing design is produced as a new print run. Custom printing uses your own artwork or an agreed adaptation of a Dark Forest design, with the card, box and booklet specification chosen for your project.

What is the minimum order, and can I mix decks?

Wholesale starts at 12 decks in total, combining in-stock and Made to Order decks. Each selected in-stock edition requires at least 5 decks; stock quantities increase one deck at a time. An eligible Made to Order design or other new print run supports 12–192 decks in multiples of 12. The total newly printed quantity in one online order is limited to 200 decks; contact us for a larger run. Stock and Made to Order decks count together towards the 12-deck order minimum.

How much do wholesale decks and custom printing cost?

Trade prices for the standard set - 78 cards, thin lamination, 48-page booklet, standard folding box - are $15.90 per deck at the 12-deck minimum, $14.90 at 24, $12.90 at 48, $11.90 at 96 and $10.90 per deck at 192, the same ladder for stock, Made to Order and custom printing. Delivery is quoted separately at checkout by destination, taxes apply as normal, and a different card size or finish is priced on request. Product prices confirmed 13 September 2026.

How long do Made to Order and custom decks take?

For Made to Order and custom decks, plan for 3–4 weeks (15–20 business days) for production and delivery after artwork approval. Carrier service and destination can affect this estimate. Artwork preparation and review happen beforehand. Stock dispatch is confirmed separately because ready-made goods do not require a new production run.

Are all parcels insured?

Yes. Shipping insurance is included in the delivery price. We arrange insurance against loss in transit before dispatch and help manage a claim with the carrier. The selected shipment service defines the insured value, cover, exclusions and required evidence. Insurance does not promise an uninterrupted delivery schedule or cover every kind of damage.

Do U.S. buyers pay import duty or tax?

Any import charges are separate unless your order confirms they are prepaid. For prepaid shipments, no import payment is due on delivery.

Can I put my own brand on a Dark Forest deck?

Yes. Choose Our design, your brand and select an eligible design. Adaptations to the cards, backs, packaging or booklet are agreed before production. Existing Dark Forest artwork rights do not transfer automatically.

How much does box layout preparation cost?

Box layout preparation is US$50 below 60 decks and included from 60 decks of the same design. Ready files and minor logo, company-name or QR-code edits are free. New illustration, extensive reconstruction or other design services are agreed separately.

Can I prepare the print files myself?

Yes. Start with the illustrated guide, then place real artwork in the matching clean production file. Standard cards and booklet pages finish at 2.76 × 4.72 in (70 × 120 mm) on a 2.91 × 4.88 in (74 × 124 mm) canvas. The canvas includes 0.079 in (2 mm) bleed on each side; keep important content 0.157 in (4 mm) inside trim. The clean card PDF is a 156-page file. Pages 1–78 are the card fronts; pages 79–156 are the corresponding backs. Repeat the approved shared-back artwork on all 78 back pages. Page 1 of the 48-page booklet is the front cover and page 48 is the back cover.

Will I approve the artwork before printing?

Choose the print options you want and place your order. We review the artwork before production and contact you if anything needs to be adjusted. Nothing goes to print until the files are approved.

What happens if there is a manufacturing defect?

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we replace the affected goods at no charge, including replacement shipping. Keep photographs and identify the affected items so we can investigate.

Where can I buy tarot cards wholesale?

Right here, through checkout - no trade account or application. As of today Dark Forest holds 1,285 finished decks in a US fulfilment warehouse across five editions, plus new print runs of 12 to 192 decks per design at $15.90 a deck down to $10.90 at 192.

Who manufactures tarot cards?
