1. Return Eligibility
You may return your item within 14 days from the day you receive it.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition, with no excessive wear or damage

Items must be returned in the original packaging (if possible)
You do not need to provide a reason for your return if you are an EU resident and request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. How to Start a Return

We’ll provide instructions for return shipping.
3. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt otherwise
4. Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you by email.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you are an EU customer, we will also refund the original standard shipping cost you paid (if any).
5. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Digital items (if delivered)
6. EU Right of Withdrawal – Form
