Where We Ship From

We operate three fulfillment warehouses to get your order to you as quickly as possible:

  • Florida, USA — primary warehouse, handles most US orders
  • Pennsylvania, USA — secondary US warehouse
  • Bulgaria, Europe — handles EU and some international orders

Your order is automatically routed to the warehouse closest to your delivery address. You do not need to choose — we handle this on our end.

Processing Time

We process orders within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Estimates

United States

  • Standard shipping: approximately 5 business days after dispatch
  • Free shipping on all US orders of $75 or more
  • P.O. boxes are supported for US delivery

International

  • EU and UK: 7-14 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of world: 10-21 business days after dispatch

International delivery times are estimates and can vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or local conditions outside our control.

Shipping Rates

  • US orders $75 and above: Free shipping
  • US orders below $75: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
  • International orders: Calculated at checkout based on destination country and order weight

Tracking Your Order

Every order comes with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Use the link in that email to follow your package. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@darkforesttarotcards.com.

Import Duties and Taxes

For international orders (outside the US), your country's customs authority may charge import duties, taxes, or fees upon arrival. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure what applies to your country.

Note for EU customers: Orders shipped from our Bulgaria warehouse for EU destinations are already within the EU customs area, so no additional import duties apply for those shipments.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, take photos before opening it fully and contact us at support@darkforesttarotcards.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, wait 24 hours — parcels are sometimes scanned before final delivery. If it still has not arrived, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of order. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at support@darkforesttarotcards.com and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
