We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return your item within 14 days from the day you receive it.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, with no excessive wear or damage

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging (if possible)

You do not need to provide a reason for your return if you are an EU resident and request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@darkforesttarotcards.com with your order number.

We’ll provide instructions for return shipping.

3. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt otherwise

4. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you by email.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If you are an EU customer, we will also refund the original standard shipping cost you paid (if any).

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products (unless defective)

  • Gift cards

  • Digital content once delivery has started with your consent

Digital content bought on its own (downloadable files, such as the Complete Tarot Course in PDF). We deliver it right after payment, and only once you have expressly asked for immediate delivery and confirmed that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as delivery starts. We confirm both to you in writing. Before delivery starts, you may withdraw as set out in section 6; once delivery has started with your consent, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. This does not affect your legal rights if a file is faulty or not as described: write to support@darkforesttarotcards.com and we will repair, replace or refund it. The course that comes free with every deck is a gift: it does not change how a deck is returned (sections 1–4).

6. EU Right of Withdrawal – Form

If you are an EU resident, you have the legal right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
