Does this replace a tarot book?

For the first months, largely yes. Each card carries its name, core meaning, four upright and four reversed keywords and a reflective question. A book still gives you spreads, history and depth — the deck gives you the meaning at the moment you need it.

Is this a Tarot de Marseille deck?

No. It uses the 1909 illustrated artwork with French text, so every numbered card carries a painted scene. For the older French pip tradition see our Tarot de Marseille vintage edition.

Is there an English version?
