Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the listed products at the listed price. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there is a suspected error, or if we cannot verify payment.

Payment is accepted via Shopify Payments (credit and debit cards) and PayPal. Your card details are processed securely and we never store full payment information.

You will receive an order confirmation by email after payment. This confirmation is acknowledgment of your order, not a contract of sale — the contract is formed when we dispatch your items.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship from warehouses in Florida (USA), Pennsylvania (USA), and Bulgaria (EU). Orders are dispatched from the location best suited to your delivery address.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please see our Delivery and Returns page for full instructions. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

EU Consumers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@darkforesttarotcards.com before the 14-day window expires. Once we receive your withdrawal notice, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, photography, text, logos, and other content on darkforesttarotcards.com are the property of Dark Forest Tarot Cards and are protected by copyright law.
