Preparation costs: they disappear from 60 decks
Besides printing, preparation work can apply, depending on what you have us design: box design for $50, the card back for $50 and typesetting of the booklet for $150. Together that is up to $250. From 60 decks of the same design, these costs fall away; they are free.
This has a consequence that looks surprising at first: an order of 36 or 48 decks with all three preparations can cost more than one of 60 decks. That is intentional. The threshold at 60 decks deliberately makes the larger run more attractive.
A worked example from the table above: 48 decks cost $619.20 for the goods. Add all three preparations and it is $619.20 plus $250, or $869.20, plus shipping.
Oracle cards and other card counts
