Clear artwork approval, protection in transit and help if something goes wrong.
Shipping insurance is included in the delivery price. We arrange cover against loss in transit before dispatch and help manage the carrier claim. Your shipment identifies the insured value and service; cover, exclusions and evidence follow that service’s terms.
A confirmed manufacturing defect is replaced free, including replacement shipping. Plan for 3–4 weeks (15–20 business days) for custom production and delivery after approval of the exact artwork. Carrier service and destination can affect this estimate. Unchanged, ready-made stock decks do not need a new artwork proof; stock dispatch is confirmed separately.
Qualifying Ukrainian-made printed tarot cards have a free general duty rate under U.S. playing-card classification 9504.40.0000. Any applicable sales tax, delivery, clearance and other shipment-specific charges are confirmed before payment.
This benefit applies to eligible cards; a different accessory or shipment origin may have different import treatment.
Stock means finished Dark Forest editions already available for wholesale. Made to Order means an eligible existing design is produced as a new print run. Custom printing uses your own artwork or an agreed adaptation of a Dark Forest design, with the card, box and booklet specification chosen for your project.
Stock wholesale starts at 12 decks in total, with at least 5 of each selected in-stock edition; stock quantities increase one deck at a time. An eligible Made to Order design or other new print run starts at 12 decks in increments of 4. New production does not count towards the separate stock-order minimum.
For Made to Order and custom decks, plan for 3–4 weeks (15–20 business days) for production and delivery after artwork approval. Carrier service and destination can affect this estimate. Yes. Shipping insurance is included in the delivery price. We arrange insurance against loss in transit before dispatch and help manage a claim with the carrier. The selected shipment service defines the insured value, cover, exclusions and required evidence. Insurance does not promise an uninterrupted delivery schedule or cover every kind of damage.
Qualifying Ukrainian-made printed tarot cards have a 0% general base import duty under U.S. playing-card classification 9504.40.0000. This is separate from sales tax, delivery, clearance and any other shipment-specific charges, which are confirmed before payment. Accessories, mixed kits or a different origin may need different treatment.
The Dark Forest collection includes English and Spanish editions. Available languages are shown for each selected design; not every design exists in both languages.
Yes. Choose Our design, your brand and select an eligible design and language. Adaptations to the cards, backs, packaging or booklet are agreed before production. Existing Dark Forest artwork rights do not transfer automatically.
Preparing a box layout from your supplied artwork, logo and wording costs US$50, or is free with an order of 50 or more decks. New print quantities increase in fours, so 52 is the first available new print quantity above 50. New illustration, card design and other creative work are priced separately after the scope is agreed.
Yes. The English artwork guide includes editable fronts and backs for 70 × 120 mm and 50 × 90 mm cards, a standard folding box and separate lid-and-base templates. Download the correct source, keep its scale and geometry, add your artwork, then check the exported file before submitting it for review.
Yes. Pay your full order in Shopify, then we contact you by email to confirm the artwork. Files can follow after payment. Production begins only after you approve the exact artwork. Unchanged ready-made stock kits do not need new artwork approval; separately requested replacement components require their own agreed scope.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we replace the affected goods at no charge, including replacement shipping. Keep photographs and identify the affected items so we can investigate.
