What a custom deck of cards costs here
A custom playing card deck here is 54 cards at the compact size, 50×90 mm (1.97 × 3.54 in), with a printed tuck box, printed from your own artwork. The minimum is twelve decks.

These are current prices. Insured delivery is quoted to the destination address by the carrier and sits outside the deck price, which is why the delivered column moves while the goods column does not. Adding a 48-page booklet to the same 54-card deck takes it to $13.77 a deck at twelve, $165.24 of goods and $214.93 delivered.
Every quantity between twelve and 192 is priced, in multiples of twelve, and no larger quantity ever costs less in total than a smaller one.
Sizes, card counts and the files you send

Card count is a field, not a product: anything from 30 to 1,500 cards is priced. A 54-card poker deck, a 52-card deck without jokers, a 60-card game deck and a 110-card expansion all go down the same route with a different number in the box.
To print your own playing cards you supply print-ready files. Each card sits on a canvas 4 mm larger than the finished card on both dimensions, giving 2 mm of bleed on every flat side, with a 4 mm safe area inside the trim. Artwork goes in at 300 DPI, faces first and backs second in a single PDF. The templates and panel maps are on the print specification page; they are written for tarot but the geometry is the same for any card.
There is no online card designer here. We print files and send a proof; we do not host a drag-and-drop editor, and we do not put a watermark or a logo of ours on your cards.
The tuck box, and a booklet if the deck needs one
The standard tuck box is printed on every panel from your own artwork and is part of the deck price above. A 48-page booklet is optional and priced separately, which matters for a game deck with rules to print.
If you want the layout done for you rather than supplying finished files: $50.00 for the box, $50.00 for a shared card back, $150.00 for the booklet. All three are free from 60 decks in one order, which is why the 60-deck line above is the point most repeat buyers settle on.
Proof, lead time and where they are made
You upload artwork, we return a digital proof, you approve it, and only then does the run start. Production is 15 to 20 business days after approval, then 5 to 9 business days of insured UPS transit to a United States address. Treat both as planning windows rather than promises. The cards are made in Ukraine on the same press and the same stock as our own retail editions.

Twelve decks, not one: who this suits
Plenty of services will print one custom deck of cards for a wedding favour or a single gift, with an online editor and a photo upload. That is not what this is. The minimum here is twelve decks, and the reason to accept that minimum is what you get for it: a real print run at a run price, a proof you sign off, a printed box included, and a per-deck cost that halves between twelve and sixty.
So this suits a game publisher testing a print run, a brand making personalized playing cards for an event or a team, a shop putting its own deck on the shelf, and a creator funding a deck through pre-orders. It does not suit somebody who wants one deck by Friday.
