CLEAR TERMS, BEFORE YOU COMMIT
B2B order terms
These terms explain stock wholesale orders, new production using a Dark Forest design, and printing with your own artwork. Your approved quote identifies the products, services, quantities, files and delivery arrangements for your order.
Order terms · September 5, 2026 · Version b2b-terms-r8.
Order scope
Stock wholesale orders contain existing printed goods. Individual designs can be combined to reach 12 decks in total, with at least 5 decks of each selected native stock edition, subject to availability. In a mixed order, in-stock and Made to Order decks count together toward the 12-deck total. Each selected in-stock edition still requires at least 5 decks; each Made to Order edition follows the new-printing quantities below.
New printing supports 12–192 decks in multiples of 12. The total of all newly printed designs in one online order is limited to 200 decks; existing stock quantities do not count toward that limit. Contact us for a larger production order. Changes to Dark Forest cards, backs, packaging or booklets are agreed for a new production run; existing stock cards cannot be changed.
Moon Magic, Gold Foil Moonlight, Crystal Foil and Gold Standard foil editions are available only as existing stock. Their printed cards, size, card count and finish stay unchanged. New packaging can be supplied separately for you to replace yourself; new printing of its illustrations is not offered.
You may resell goods you purchase and set your own retail prices. Dropshipping is offered separately through our US partner programme — see Dropship tarot cards. Affiliate services and new custom foil printing are not offered in this version.
Order and payment
Your quote separates products, preparation services, any eligible sample credit, shipping and applicable taxes or charges. An estimate without confirmed delivery and tax information is not a final delivered price. Any import charges payable separately by the recipient are identified before the relevant payment.
All orders are paid in full through Shopify: stock, Made to Order, private-label and printing from your own artwork. The confirmed order total includes products, selected preparation services, delivery and any tax collected with the order. You do not need to upload files or approve a proof before payment.
Our design, your brand: ready files and minor logo, company or QR edits are free. Below 60 decks, box layout is $50, a new card back is $50, and a new booklet layout from supplied text is $150. These selected services are free from 60 decks of the same design. Native stock editions keep their documented contents; a physical booklet in a new print run is an optional paid configuration from 12 decks, and removing it removes that charge.
Your own artwork — preparation below 60 decks: selected preparation is included in the full order payment. Ready files and minor company, logo or QR changes are free. Box layout preparation is $50, a new card-back layout is $50, and a new booklet layout from supplied text is $150. Card-front artwork must be supplied ready. Only services you explicitly select are added to the order.
Your own artwork — preparation from 60 decks: file preparation is included at no additional charge. The order is paid in full, with no second payment due simply for approving the artwork.
After your order, we contact you by email to confirm the artwork and any preparation help. Production begins only after you approve the exact artwork. You may share files through your saved project or arrange them with us in correspondence. If you request a change to the configuration or agreed scope, we explain any effect on price or timing and obtain your agreement before proceeding.
Shipping and timing
We deliver by UPS Express to the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Australia and Japan. U.S. delivery takes up to 10 business days from Ukraine after dispatch. Contact us for another destination.
Shipping for additional boxes and booklets is included in your deck delivery. Stock decks and custom packaging may arrive separately, without an additional shipping charge for those components.
Online delivery is charged per physical deck and includes insurance: US $3.00 per deck, GB $2.75 per deck, and Canada, Australia and Japan $3.45 per deck. Additional boxes and booklets do not add a second deck-delivery charge. A standard complete 78-card 70 × 120 mm kit with a 48-page booklet is 340 g including allocated outer packaging. Nonstandard physical specifications are estimated separately.
For Made to Order and custom printing, plan for 3–4 weeks (15–20 business days) for production and delivery after artwork approval. This is a planning estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier service and destination can affect the estimate; any order-specific schedule is shown before you commit.
Your project shows the production and shipping ranges confirmed for your order. Ready-stock decks do not require a new production run and may be dispatched separately from newly printed components.
We will contact you if the confirmed schedule changes and explain the available options. Shipment-specific charges are agreed before payment.
Import charges
Any import charges are separate unless your order confirms they are prepaid. For prepaid shipments, no import payment is due on delivery.
Import information by country
United States: duty depends on the goods, origin and rules in force at import. A zero product-duty rate does not rule out customs-processing or carrier fees.
Great Britain: VAT treatment differs for consignments up to £135 and VAT-registered business buyers; larger consignments may incur import VAT and duty.
Canada: courier imports from Ukraine above CAD 20 may incur duty, GST/HST and clearance fees.
Australia: low-value GST may be collected at checkout; consignments above AUD 1,000 may incur border charges.
Japan: imports with customs value up to JPY 10,000 are generally exempt, subject to exclusions; duty and consumption tax may apply above that.
Every parcel insured against loss in transit
Shipping insurance is included in the delivery price. We arrange insurance before dispatch and help manage the carrier claim. Your shipment identifies the insured value, carrier service, exclusions and evidence required for a claim. Insurance does not guarantee an uninterrupted schedule or cover every cause of damage.
If a parcel is delayed or appears lost, contact us with the order and tracking reference. We investigate with the carrier and guide the claim process under the shipment’s cover.
Physical samples
A physical sample is a separate order. It is not the digital production proof. Where a sample credit applies, only the sample product price is credited toward a qualifying later production order. Sample shipping and separate service charges are not credited. The credit is linked to the original sample order and can be used once.
Sample contents, price, shipping, credit expiry, qualifying order and discount compatibility are still being confirmed. Sample purchasing is not enabled; no unlimited or perpetual credit is promised.
Artwork and privacy
Follow the artwork guide and download editable templates →
You retain ownership of the artwork and other materials you supply. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit them for printing.
You grant us only the permission needed to review files, prepare production artwork, manufacture, check quality and fulfil your order. This does not grant us a right to resell or license your artwork, train models on it, or publish it in our portfolio. Public display requires separate, optional permission and is not a condition of ordering.
Rights in pre-existing Dark Forest designs are not transferred automatically. Any permitted adaptation and use of those designs are recorded in your project.
Access to your files is limited to authorised project participants and the service providers needed to fulfil the order. Production uploads are not public download links.
Before approval, check the complete proof, including text, sequence, orientation, backs, packaging, booklet and configuration. We manufacture the approved version. Changes afterwards require a new review and may affect cost or timing. Approval does not remove remedies for a confirmed manufacturing defect.
File retention and deletion
Files are stored privately with your signed-in project. You can request deletion of a specific file through the project. We confirm the request and any applicable retention requirements; no fixed deletion period is promised here.
Deletion requests remain subject to applicable legal, payment-dispute and claims-related retention requirements. The current store privacy policy is available separately.
Cancellation of a new print run
A print-ready custom order may be cancelled before production actually starts.
An assisted custom order may be cancelled in full before individual preparation begins. If preparation has started but production has not, we retain only the agreed quote amount attributable to preparation work actually completed for that project and refund the unused balance.
For an assisted order where preparation is included, the valuation of completed preparation work must still be agreed in the quote beforehand; no default $199 cancellation charge is imposed.
Once production has started, custom and made-to-order goods cannot be cancelled or returned simply because you change your mind. This does not exclude remedies for a confirmed defect or any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Use Request cancellation in your connected project. We confirm the order stage, any completed preparation work and the refund calculation in writing. A submitted request is recorded in your project and does not itself confirm cancellation or a refund.
Returns of stock goods
Stock goods may be returned within 14 calendar days after receipt only if they are unopened and remain in their original resaleable condition. Original shipping charges are not refunded, and the buyer pays return shipping to our US warehouse.
Request return instructions through your project before sending goods. We provide the correct return address and reference for your order. Do not send goods to a production address or an address copied from an old order.
Custom and made-to-order goods are covered by the separate cancellation and defect terms above.
Damage and manufacturing defects
If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging, shipping label and affected goods promptly after receipt. Keep the packaging while the claim is reviewed and submit the photos through Report an issue in your project.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we provide a replacement at no charge, including replacement shipping. Describe the issue and identify the affected items so we can investigate.
A request for prompt evidence is not an automatic waiver of rights if a problem could not reasonably be identified immediately.
Using your own barcode
If you already have a barcode or GTIN for your product, you may provide it with your artwork. Dark Forest does not sell, rent, assign, register or validate GTINs in this service. Supplying a GTIN is optional here and is not a payment requirement.
Your project and store policies
Keep your project reference when contacting us about an order. These B2B terms are shown before the relevant payment; the store’s policies remain available through the main shop.
