Can I order a sample first?
Yes. There’s no minimum to try — add any single deck and use code SAMPLE35 for 35% off your first order. It applies instantly at checkout, no sign-up needed. (One use per shop; it doesn’t stack with the automatic wholesale tier discounts.)
What margin do I make?
Sell at our $34.99 MSRP for Deck Only and you keep your tier discount as margin: 45% ($15.75/deck) at T1 up to 66% ($23.09/deck) at T6. Sets and bundles carry the same percentage margins.
What’s the minimum order?
12 decks (any mix of variants). The discount auto-applies at 12+ items in cart.
How long does shipping take?
1–2 business days for in-stock items shipped from our Florida warehouse (US destinations).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Can I mix different deck variants in one order?
Yes. Any combination counts toward the total quantity that triggers your tier discount.
What’s the difference between wholesale and dropshipping?
Wholesale: you order stock, we ship to you, you resell. Dropshipping: you place per-order, we ship directly to your customer under neutral branding. Dropshipping discount is 10 points lower than wholesale.
Do you offer net-30 terms?
Not at this time — all orders are prepaid 100%.
What if a deck arrives damaged?
Contact us within 14 days with photo evidence — we ship a free replacement, no questions asked.
Can I return decks if they don’t sell?
Voluntary returns incur a 30% restocking fee, and return shipping is at your expense. Damaged/defective items are always replaced free.
Do you do custom printing for my own deck design?
Yes. MOQ 24 decks, you provide print-ready artwork, $0 setup fee, 4–5 weeks production. See the Custom Printing section above.
How do I get a tax-exempt purchase?
