Shipping Policy

Warehouse & Order Processing
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our US warehouse:
635 Somers Ave, Feasterville-Trevose, PA 19053, USA
Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (business days). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Packaging and handling typically takes 1–3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number within 1–2 days after your order has shipped.
If you do not receive your shipping confirmation, you can always track your order status and view tracking directly in your customer account using the same email you used at checkout:

For international deliveries, you can also track your shipment using your tracking number on your local postal carrier’s website.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

United States: We ship with UPS and USPS. All orders are shipped with tracking.
- Economy: 3–7 business days
- Standard: 2–4 business days
- Express: within 2 business days

Canada & International: We use reliable carriers such as Asendia USA and UPS for international orders. Customs processing may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
Estimated delivery times:- Canada: 5–9 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
- Europe & Other International: 4–10 business days
For the most accurate status, use your tracking number on your local postal service website after export.
Please note: Customs clearance may result in additional processing time for international shipments.
Shipping Costs & Taxes
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and package weight.
- For orders to the USA,Canada,United Kingdom and EU all taxes are included in your purchase price.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not see the email, you can view all your orders and statuses in your customer account using the same email as at checkout: Order Account Login.
Address Changes
If your order has not yet shipped, we can change your shipping address. Please email us at support@darkforesttarotcards.com as soon as possible.
Note: We ship quickly on business days — please contact us immediately for address updates!
If your order has already shipped, please contact the carrier directly to attempt a reroute. If the carrier is unable to deliver and your package is returned to us, we will notify you. We can reship after receiving your returned package, but additional postage may apply if the error was not on our part.
Returned Shipments
If your package is returned to us, it could be due to:
- The parcel waited at your local post office for pickup, but was not collected in time.
- An incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
- An error or misrouting by the carrier.
Always monitor your email for tracking notifications to stay updated on your parcel’s status.
If you want your order resent after it is returned to us, you will be responsible for any repeat shipping charges. You may also request a refund for the product(s), minus the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.
If a return was due to a carrier error (e.g., UPS or USPS), contact us at support@darkforesttarotcards.com and we will assist with a resolution.
Delivery Attempts & Notifications
We work with reliable carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly. If no one is available to receive your package, the carrier may leave a notification and either attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup.
International Tracking Resources
For international shipments, you can track your order via the tracking link we provide, or use your local postal carrier's tracking page with the same number for best results.
Delays & Important Notes
Delivery times may be affected by factors such as public holidays, peak seasons, or extreme weather. Customs inspections for international orders can cause further delays. We always strive to inform you promptly of any known delays.
