Who we are
A deck brand, not a catalogue
Dark Forest Tarot is our own line, not a catalogue we resell. We design the decks, print them to our own spec (350GSM art card, anti-scratch lamination, 300GSM eco-linen, waterproof plastic) and have sold them one at a time since 2020.
Those decks now sit in a Florida warehouse, so your customer's parcel ships fast from inside the United States and you hold nothing. Same decks, same quality, a reliable supplier behind your store.

Absorb the shipping and you keep $10.39 (29.7%); four decks in one parcel, $60.76 on $139.96 (43.4%). Small-parcel postage is what squeezes a one-deck sale, not the deck price.
From our US warehouse to your customer's door
Your customer opens 78 cards, a guidebook and the deck box, and nothing else. The outer parcel is plain, with only your order number on the label.

Who can join?
US-registered online shops selling tarot, oracle, metaphysical, witchy, crystal or giftware, on any platform. You need a live storefront with your own products on it.
Where may I not list the decks?
Etsy and Faire: both forbid dropshipping in their own seller rules, and we will not supply an order bound for either. Amazon and eBay are your own compliance. TikTok Shop is not supported yet, because it needs carrier handover in two business days.
How do I order, and how do I pay?
Log in to your partner account and you see the dropship price instead of retail. Put your customer's address as the delivery address and pay by card at checkout; save a card for one-click repeats. No credit terms, invoicing, net-30 or prepayment. Name your platform in the application.
How fast do you dispatch, and how long is transit?
To the carrier within eight business days of payment; half of all orders go inside five calendar days. US transit adds three to seven business days, tracked ground. Tell your customer to allow three weeks. A shorter committed window is in work with the warehouse.
What does the parcel look like, and how is it tracked?
Plain: no prices, no invoice, no packing slip, nothing naming us beyond the Florida return address the carrier requires, and only your order reference on the label. Your own insert cards go in for $1 a parcel. Tracking reaches you in a daily batch, so allow a day or two, and you pass it on under your brand. We never contact your customer.
Damaged, lost, or returned?
Damaged: photograph it within fourteen days of delivery and we replace it free, nothing to return. Lost: no tracking movement for ten business days and we reship free. You never deal with the carrier. A change of mind is yours, because an opened deck cannot be resold, so we do not take it back.
Can I use your name and your photographs?
Our photographs, descriptions and deck names, on your site, listings and social posts; unwatermarked versions are in the kit. Not our logo, not presenting yourself as us, not our name in a domain or handle, and no bidding on our brand in paid search.
Sales tax, and the one Florida restriction
We cannot deliver to a Florida address yet: our stock sits in Florida, a different sales-tax case, shut until it is settled. It is about where your customer lives, not you. A Florida shop is welcome, sells to the other forty-nine states from day one, and sends its Annual Resale Certificate (Form DR-13) with the application. Orders outside Florida are invoiced without US sales tax; as retailer of record you owe any tax due in your customer's state. How we invoice, not tax advice.
What if a title runs out?
We hold a working depth of each title and do not publish the number. If one runs low we mark it unavailable in your account before it hits zero and email you to pause the listing. If it runs out after you ordered, you get a refund and an email when it returns. We never quietly hold an order open.
What happens to my customer's details?
We are our own data controller for the shipping step and use the name and address only to pack and post that parcel, never to market or contact them. Add one line to your privacy policy saying order details go to a supplier who ships, or we put a notice in the parcel instead. We keep it with the order for three years after the year you ordered in, and sooner on request. If a regulator decided we handled that data for you, this is our data-processing agreement. Where do the postage rates come from?
The one- and two-deck rates are averages of real US parcels we sent between April and September 2026. Beyond two decks we have almost no history, so every further deck is charged that same $2.30 step rather than a measured average; we publish measured numbers once we have sent enough. Reviewed monthly.
