A complete 78-card tarot deck where every card explains itself, in French.
What this deck is
The 1909 artwork sits at the centre of each card. Around it you read the card’s name, one sentence giving its core meaning, four upright keywords, four reversed keywords, and a question to ask about your own situation.
You never stop mid-reading to look a card up: the meaning is in your hand the moment you turn the card over. And the deck does not leave you there. It comes with a full learning guidebook in French — a printed book in the box, plus the complete course in French after purchase — that takes a beginner step by step from the first card to reading with confidence. It is written for people who think and read in French — beginners who want to start reading from the first session rather than after a month of study.

Frequently asked questions
Does it come with a book?
Yes. The deck comes with a full learning guidebook in French: a printed book in the box, plus the complete course in French that you receive after purchase. The cards give you the meaning at the moment you need it; the book takes you step by step from your first spread to reading with confidence, with spreads, card combinations and depth.
Is this a Tarot de Marseille deck?
No. It uses the 1909 illustrated artwork with French text, so every numbered card carries a painted scene. For the older French pip tradition see our Tarot de Marseille vintage edition.
Is there an English version?
Not yet. For English readers, every deck we print ships with a printed English guidebook covering all 78 cards — see tarot decks for beginners.
