Returns, damage and the one sample deck

Stock goods can be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt if they are unopened and resaleable. Original shipping is not refunded, you pay the return shipping to the US warehouse, and you should request return instructions first. Made-to-order and custom goods cannot be cancelled or returned for change of mind once production has started; defects are excluded from that.
