## Wholesale, custom printing and your own brand (B2B)

Dark Forest Tarot Cards supplies tarot decks to shops in three ways: finished decks wholesale, our designs printed under the buyer's own brand, and the buyer's own artwork printed on our cards. The decks are made in Ukraine. Stock is held in a US fulfilment warehouse; the deck catalogue marks some designs as available from existing stock only, and every other design is Made to Order. A mixed order counts stock and Made to Order decks together toward the 12-deck total, with at least 5 decks of each selected stock edition. Made to Order and custom decks take 15-20 business days for production and delivery after artwork approval.

- Origin: made in Ukraine.
- Minimum order: 12 decks. New print runs start at 12 decks per design and go up in multiples of 12, so the orderable quantities per design are 12, 24, 36 ... 192. 192 is the ceiling for a single design. Across one whole order the total of newly printed decks may not exceed 200, so a 192-deck run of one design leaves room for no second new design in that order; larger volumes are quoted on request.
- Price per complete 78-card set, USD, the same for wholesale and for print to order: 12 -> $15.90, 24 -> $14.90, 48 -> $12.90, 96 -> $11.90, 192 -> $10.90. Product prices confirmed 13 September 2026. Full detail: https://darkforesttarotcards.com/blogs/news/tarot-deck-printing-cost-and-moq
- The ladder above is the complete set: cards, its box and its 48-page guidebook. Cards are always included; the box and the guidebook are each a separate choice, and a build without one costs less. Delivery is charged separately; US delivery is an estimated $3.00 per deck, quoted exactly to the destination at checkout.
- Worked total, United States, confirmed 21 September 2026: 12 complete sets are $190.80 of goods plus $36.00 delivery = $226.80 delivered. Print-ready artwork supplied to our template carries no additional charge.
- Delivery is charged per physical deck and includes insurance: US $3.00 a deck, GB $2.75 a deck, Canada, Australia and Japan $3.45 a deck, any of the 27 EU countries €1.50 a deck. We deliver by UPS Express to the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Australia and Japan; other destinations outside the EU are quoted on request.
- The same 12-deck order delivered elsewhere, on those rates: United Kingdom $190.80 + $33.00 = $223.80; Canada, Australia or Japan $190.80 + $41.40 = $232.20. Figures confirmed 21 September 2026.
- Physical sample purchasing is not enabled. A digital production proof is a review of production files and is not a physical sample.
- Artwork for your own design: cards finish at 70 x 120 mm (2.76 x 4.72 in); supply a 74 x 124 mm (2.91 x 4.88 in) canvas with 2 mm bleed on every edge, as PDF. A clean card file is exactly 156 pages: 1-78 fronts, 79-156 backs. The booklet is 48 pages.

- Trade terms, payment, artwork, proof and delivery policy: https://darkforesttarotcards.com/pages/b2b-terms
- A logo and company name on our existing box: no charge, any quantity. Box layout preparation for your own brand: $50 below 60 decks of the same design, included at no charge from 60 decks. Print-ready artwork that goes as supplied: no charge.
- Lead time: for made-to-order and custom decks, 3-4 weeks (15-20 business days) for production and delivery after artwork approval. US delivery takes up to 10 business days from Ukraine after dispatch; insurance is included. Delivery time for other destinations is confirmed per order.

- Card families other than tarot - oracle, affirmation, coaching and reflection, playing and poker, original card-game and flashcard decks - price directly in the same online configurator, at their own card count: it prices any count from 30 to 1500 cards, in two named sizes (standard 70x120 mm, compact 50x90 mm) or any custom size from 40x40 mm to 310x470 mm, which covers the classic poker/trading size, 63x88 mm, at the same price as the compact preset. Sizes outside that range are quoted by email at support@darkforesttarotcards.com.
